Rob Szold
Founder and Managing Partner
Rob is a CFA Charterholder with over 20 years of experience across FP&A and consulting. He spent more than a decade in financial services, including leading FP&A for a $1.5 billion market cap, $20 billion asset bank. A former Vena client himself, Rob founded Acuity Nova to continue delivering accurate planning, faster reporting, and real visibility to modern finance teams. Over the past four years, he has helped banks, credit unions, and organizations across other industries build innovative planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions in Vena.
Eliana Salazar
Senior Consultant
Eliana is an economist with over 10 years of experience in financial planning, FP&A, and Asset–Liability Management within banking and financial services. She has served as a senior member of Financial Planning teams at large banking institutions, leading strategic planning processes and working closely with CFOs and finance leadership. At Acuity Nova, she supports clients with forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
Clare Zhang
Senior Consultant
Clare brings experience across financial services, investment management, and fintech, having supported large financial portfolios at scale alongside teams in the United States, Poland, and Canada. At Acuity Nova, she supports client implementations, develops reporting, builds financial projections, and designs data structures to meet client objectives. With a technical background in computer science and AI product development, she is focused on building tailored solutions that help clients operate more efficiently. Clare holds a BSc in Mathematics with a minor in Business Administration from Trinity Western University and is currently pursuing her FRM designation.
